COMPLAINTS, WARRANTY

Dear consumers, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law (hereinafter: the Law), ZEROBRANDZ is responsible for the non-conformity of the goods it sells for a period of 2 (two) years from the date of your purchase. Legal liability for ZEROBRANDZ does not exist if the delivered goods:

correspond to the description provided by the seller and if they have the characteristics of the goods that the seller showed to the consumer as a sample or model;

have the characteristics necessary for the specific use for which the consumer is acquiring them, and which was known to the seller or ought to have been known to him at the time of concluding the contract;

have the characteristics necessary for the regular use of goods of the same type;

correspond in quality and functioning to what is customary for goods of the same type and what the consumer can reasonably expect given the nature of the goods and public promises about special properties of the goods given by the seller, manufacturer or their representatives, especially if the promise was made through advertising or on the packaging of the goods.

Exceptionally, if you were informed at the time of purchase of a shorter period of responsibility for conformity (used goods), the period of responsibility for non-conformity is one year.

ZEROBRANDZ assumes no responsibility for data on a computer, hard drive, or any other data storage device.

A warranty is a manufacturer's statement guaranteeing the consumer greater rights than those prescribed by law. Documentation for exercising warranty rights is usually found in the original product packaging. If the guarantor stipulates that registration or login to a specific website is required to exercise the rights, the consumer is obliged to follow the instructions of the guarantor to exercise their right.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract in the ZEROBRANDZ online store, concluded remotely, by confirming the order, within 14 days from the day the goods come into the possession of the Consumer or a third party designated by the Consumer, who is not the carrier, without stating reasons and without additional costs.

The consumer exercises the right to withdraw from the contract by sending the seller a completed withdrawal form to the Consumer Service email zerobrandz@zerobrandz.com  

The consumer receives the withdrawal form along with the invoice upon delivery of the product, and can also download it.

Upon receipt of the completed withdrawal form, the Seller will inform the Consumer of its receipt as soon as possible.

The consumer bears the burden of responsibility for complying with these provisions in order to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract.

Upon expiry of the 14-day period from when the goods come into the possession of the Consumer or a third party designated by the Consumer, and who is not the carrier, the Consumer's right to withdraw from the contract ceases.

The consumer is obliged to return the goods to the seller no later than 14 days from the day the withdrawal form was sent. The consumer bears only the direct costs of returning the goods unless the reason for the return is a seller's error or a product defect. The consumer bears sole responsibility for the condition of the goods from the moment of taking possession and is solely responsible for the reduced utility value of the goods from the day the goods were taken into possession.

In case of exercising the right to withdraw from the contract, the Seller will refund the payments received from the Consumer without delay, and no later than 14 days from the day the withdrawal form was received. Exceptionally, if the Consumer does not deliver the goods within this period or proof of sending them, the Seller may extend the period for refunding the paid amount to the Consumer. When goods are paid for by credit card, in part or in full, the Seller will make the refund through the bank (the bank refunds the funds to the account at the Seller's request).
