HOW TO ORDER

REGISTRATION

To shop online, you must be at least 18 years old.

The consumer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered during the purchase.

ORDER

Products are ordered electronically. Products are considered ordered from the moment the Consumer completes the entire ordering process.

Upon creation and confirmation of receipt of the order, the Consumer will receive a confirmation by email that the Seller has received the order within 72 hours.

After receiving the email from the previous point, the order can no longer be changed online, but only by contacting Customer Service.

If the ordered products are not available in stock, employees of the ZEROBRANDZ online store Customer Service will call the Consumer through the contact center within 72 hours of sending the order receipt confirmation.

The contract is considered concluded after the Consumer orders certain products, i.e., receives an order confirmation by email, i.e., an electronic message containing confirmation of acceptance of the offer and is considered a contract document in the sense of Article 31 of the applicable Consumer Protection Law.

The Seller will strive to deliver all products ordered by the Consumer but reserves the right to refuse an order in cases of force majeure or when the fulfillment of the contractual obligation is significantly hindered. If the Seller refuses an order, the Consumer will be notified within 72 hours of receiving the order receipt confirmation. The contract is considered valid after the goods have been paid for.
